You need total 63kg Rice and only 1 kg weight is available

To minimize number of weighing we need to reuse the weight, which we already weighted.

Weigth (left side of weighing machine) Rice (right side of weighing machine) Total
1 kg weight 1 kg Rice 1kg
1 kg weight + 1kg Rice 2 kg Rice 2kg
1 kg weight + 3kg Rice 4 kg Rice 4kg
1 kg weight + 7kg Rice 8 kg Rice 8kg
1 kg weight + 15kg Rice 16 kg Rice 16kg
1 kg weight + 31kg Rice 32 kg Rice 32kg

Total rice we have 1 + 2 + 4 + 8 + 16 + 32 = 63kg

We weighted 6 times.
