Indian Institute of Management Lucknow is an autonomous public business school. It is fourth established IIM by the Government of India. Post-graduate diploma, fellowship and executives programs in management are offered by IIM Lucknow. It is recognised as an "Institution of Excellence" by India's Ministry of Human Resource Development. It has 2 campus one at Lucknow and other at Noida exclusively for one year full time MBA program(IPMX) and executive education.

IIM lucknow is the mentor of new IIM's like IIM Jammu, IIM Rohtak, IIM Kashipur and IIM Sirmaur.
